Winwin is officially leaving SM Entertainment and concluding his activities with NCT.
On July 9, SM Entertainment announced through Weverse that the agency and Winwin had mutually agreed to terminate his exclusive contract following extensive discussions. The company thanked the artist for spending more than 10 years with SM and wished him well on his new journey.
Winwin also shared a heartfelt message with fans on Instagram, reflecting on his decade-long career.

Winwin debuted with NCT 127 in 2016 before joining WayV in 2019. In recent years, he has mainly focused on acting and solo activities in China.
He becomes the third NCT member to leave the group in 2026, following the departures of Mark and Lucas. Earlier this year, TEN also left SM Entertainment but remains an active member of NCT.
