Coupang Play has officially unveiled the first teaser trailer for its upcoming black comedy K-drama The Affair Was Just the Beginning, offering a suspense-filled glimpse into a story where a shocking secret turns two neighboring families' lives upside down.
The series follows the chaotic chain of events that unfolds when two couples become connected by a dark secret so enormous that an ordinary affair becomes the least of their problems.
About the Drama
The story centers on two neighboring couples whose lives become intertwined after a mysterious late-night incident forces them into a dangerous cover-up filled with lies, suspicion, and unexpected consequences.
Meet the Cast
Kim Hye Soo stars as Kyung Hee, a successful interior design CEO and top social media influencer, while Kim Ji Hun plays her younger husband Jae Hong, an actor. Together, they appear to have the perfect family life.
Living next door are Cho Yeo Jeong and Kim Jae Chul, who play a doctor couple trapped in a bitter and messy divorce battle.
