Site Guidelines

Last Updated: June 21, 2026

KScoop is a space built for K-Pop fans — a place to read, discover, and celebrate Korean entertainment. To keep this a positive and welcoming community, we ask everyone who visits and engages with KScoop to follow these guidelines. These rules apply to all users across the website and any KScoop-related platforms.

1. Be Respectful

KScoop is a fan community and we want it to feel like one. Treat other fans, artists, and staff with respect — even if you disagree with someone's opinion or preferences.

We do not tolerate:

  • Personal attacks, insults, or targeted harassment of any individual
  • Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, or sexual orientation
  • Bullying or intimidating other fans or community members
  • Threatening or abusive language directed at artists, companies, or users

2. No Spreading Rumours or False Information

K-Pop fandoms move fast — and misinformation spreads even faster. KScoop is committed to accurate reporting. We ask users to hold themselves to the same standard.

  • Do not share unverified rumours as facts
  • Do not spread malicious gossip about artists, members, or companies
  • If you spot an error in our reporting, contact us at kscoopofficial@gmail.com rather than spreading it further

3. Respect Artists and Their Privacy

We love K-Pop artists — that's why KScoop exists. Part of supporting them means respecting their boundaries.

  • Do not share or encourage the sharing of private information about artists (addresses, personal numbers, private schedules)
  • Do not post or link to leaked content — including unreleased music, private photos, or confidential documents
  • Criticism of artists or their work is fine — personal attacks are not

4. No Spam or Self-Promotion

Keep the conversation relevant and genuine.

  • Do not post repetitive or irrelevant comments
  • Do not use KScoop to promote unrelated products, services, or websites
  • Do not post referral links, affiliate links, or scam content

5. No Fan Wars

KScoop covers all K-Pop artists and groups — we don't take sides. Fan wars and group-bashing have no place here.

  • Do not attack fans of other artists or groups
  • Do not use KScoop as a platform to pit fandoms against each other
  • Healthy discussion and debate are welcome — toxicity is not

6. Content Standards

Any content submitted to or shared on KScoop must meet the following standards:

  • No sexually explicit or graphic content
  • No content that glorifies violence or self-harm
  • No content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
  • No impersonation of artists, companies, or KScoop staff

7. Moderation

KScoop reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in restricted or permanent access being removed.

We are a small but growing team. If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at kscoopofficial@gmail.com and we will review it as quickly as possible.

8. Updates to These Guidelines

As KScoop grows and evolves, these guidelines may be updated to reflect new features or community needs. We will always post the latest version here with the updated date at the top.
