6. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed from KScoop by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to kscoopofficial@gmail.com. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your signature.
7. Repeat Infringers
KScoop reserves the right to terminate access to the Website for users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
