Through Weverse, Woojin explained that his right shoulder had been dislocating frequently for a long time. However, the pain worsened significantly during recent promotions, prompting him to seek medical treatment.

After a hospital examination, doctors found that Woojin had torn both his shoulder joint and ligaments, leading him to undergo surgery immediately.

Alongside the update, Woojin shared a photo from his hospital bed to reassure fans about his condition.

According to Woojin, he is still able to carry out his normal daily activities. However, medical staff have advised him to avoid strenuous movements and prioritize rest while recovering.

Hello, this is Woojin.


My right shoulder has been dislocating pretty often for a long time now. Recently, it started bothering me even more while promoting, so I went to the hospital to get it checked out. After the examination, I was told that I had torn both my shoulder joint and ligaments, so I ended up having surgery right away.


The good news is that I can still go about my daily life as normal. However, for the time being, I've been advised to avoid any strenuous movements and focus on recovering with plenty of rest. So I'll be focusing on my recovery as much as possible, while also doing my best to participate in activities whenever I'm able to.
