He has been cast as the male lead in the upcoming action K-drama titled The Destroyer of Destruction. The drama will focus on a legendary assassin navigating organized crime. In a twist, he is assigned to a police witness protection team. He must use his combat tactics to protect high-risk victims and witnesses. Industry insiders anticipate a high-quality production.
The director is Shin Kyung-soo, known for Six Flying Dragons. The production is co-produced by A Story and Shining Park.
Since completing military service in May 2025, Lee has expanded his acting spectrum across genres.
The Destroyer of Destruction is his first venture into gritty action.
