tvN’s upcoming romantic comedy My Bias, My Boss has offered fans a first look at its cast through photos and details from the drama’s script reading session.
Based on a popular webtoon, the series follows Nam Da Reum, a young employee who joins a company with one special goal in mind—working alongside her longtime favorite celebrity. Unexpectedly, her boss turns out to be Kang Ha Gi, setting the stage for a workplace romance filled with surprises.
The script reading brought together the drama’s creative team and cast members, including Kang Hoon, Kim Hye Joon, Cha Woo Min, and ITZY’s Yuna. The actors introduced their characters and demonstrated their chemistry as they began bringing the story to life.
Kang Hoon takes on the role of Kang Ha Gi, a successful CEO who appears confident and composed in his professional life but struggles when it comes to matters of the heart. His performance highlighted both the character’s leadership qualities and his softer side.

Meanwhile, Kim Hye Joon stars as Nam Da Reum, an enthusiastic new employee whose admiration for her favorite idol leads her into unexpected situations. Her lively portrayal added energy and charm to the reading session.

Cha Woo Min plays Lee Chan, the idol who captures Nam Da Reum’s attention. As the story unfolds, Lee Chan finds himself caught in a complicated relationship dynamic involving both Nam Da Reum and Kang Ha Gi, creating anticipation for the drama’s romantic storyline.

Adding another layer to the story, Yuna portrays actress Yoon Choi. The character brings her own unique presence to the narrative, and Yuna showcased a range of emotions during the reading, hinting at an intriguing performance.
