After photos of his appearance were shared online, some fans criticized the intentionally wrinkled design, leaving comments such as "iron your clothes" and "gusot mayaman" under his Instagram collaboration post with Dior.
As the negative comments continued, Mingyu reportedly disabled comments on the Instagram post. While some criticized the outfit, many fans defended the idol, pointing out that the wrinkled look was part of Dior's original runway design and should not be blamed on Mingyu.
