The same day, the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association announced that Moon Ga Young donated 10 million won to support heat-vulnerable groups, including the elderly and people with disabilities. The funds will be used to provide relief supplies and assist with heatwave response efforts.
Moon Ga Young shared, "I have been thinking about meaningful sharing every birthday. I hope it will be a small help for neighbors to spend the summer safely and healthily."
This is not the actress's first act of generosity. She has consistently donated to help victims of floods, wildfires, and other disasters, and is a member of Hope Bridge's Honor Club, which recognizes high-value donors.
Meanwhile, Moon Ga Young recently signed with Fantagio and is currently filming the upcoming tvN drama Whale Star, which is scheduled to premiere in 2027.
