DAY6 is a South Korean band under JYP Entertainment, debuting in September 2015. Unlike most idol groups, all five members play instruments — making DAY6 one of very few self-playing idol acts from a major agency. History

Debut and Every DAY6 project

DAY6 debuted with the track "Congratulations" and, in 2017, launched the ambitious Every DAY6 project — releasing a new song every month for an entire year. The project produced 12 singles and showcased the group's songwriting range across genres including pop, rock, and R&B.

Continued growth

Albums Moonrise and The Book of Us series cemented DAY6's reputation for high-quality, emotionally complex music. The group has navigated member military service while continuing to release music. Their devoted fanbase My Day is known for strong loyalty to the group's musical output.
