ATEEZ is an eight-member South Korean boy group under KQ Entertainment, debuting in October 2018. Known for their cinematic, high-intensity stage performances, consistent storytelling across releases, and large European and North American fanbase, ATEEZ grew from relative obscurity into one of the most internationally prominent K-pop boy groups of their generation.
History
Debut and Treasure series
ATEEZ debuted with the Treasure EP series — a connected narrative told across multiple releases — establishing the group's commitment to conceptual depth from the start. Their European fanbase grew unusually fast, and by 2019 they were headlining festivals across France, Germany, and the UK to sold-out audiences.
Continued growth and billboard success
Albums from the ZERO: FEVER series and later THE WORLD series debuted on the Billboard 200. ATEEZ became the first group from a non-Big 3/4 agency to win Artist of the Year at the Mnet Asian Music Awards (2023), a landmark recognition for an independent agency act.
